SHIFT: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM 

SALARY: Minimum Starting Rate:$17.75 per hour. Commensurate with experience in keeping with the current negotiated agreement with the BOCES Support Staff Association. Health insurance which includes vision & prescription coverage, NYS Retirement membership, tax deferred annuities, employee assistance program and generous vacation, sick and personal day polices.

DUTIES: This is routine and repetitive physical work involving the efficient and economical performance of building cleaning and related tasks.  Cleaning tasks are performed according to a well-established procedure.  The work is performed under the supervision of an immediate supervisor.  The incumbent does related work as required.

SHIFT: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM   

SALARY: Annual Salary: $42,000-$47,500 pro-rated from start date, commensurate with experience in keeping with the current agreement. Health insurance which includes vision & prescription coverage, NYS Retirement membership, tax deferred annuities, employee assistance program and generous vacation, sick and personal day polices.

DUTIES: The work involves responsibility for overseeing and participating in efficient and Economical cleaning of office buildings and the maintenance of surrounding grounds.The work is performed under the general supervision of a higher level administrator allowing leeway for the use of independent judgement in keeping buildings up to approved standards of cleanliness.  Direct supervision is exercised over the work of subordinate Custodians, Cleaners, and Groundskeepers.  The incumbent does related work as required.

Water & Wastewater Management Instructor (Adult Education) Part-timeWater & Wastewater Mgmt CTE AE PT 8.31.25

Teach courses in water treatment, wastewater treatment, distribution systems, collection systems, environmental regulations, and related topics.

        • Develop and revise curriculum and instructional materials to align with state and industry standards (e.g., NYS Department of Health, NYSDEC).
        • Provide hands-on instruction using lab equipment and simulations.
        • Prepare students for New York State operator certification exams (Grades I–IV).
        • Advise and mentor students pursuing careers in municipal water and wastewater services.
        • Maintain records of student progress, attendance, and certification readiness.
        • Establish and maintain industry partnerships to support internships, site visits, and guest lectures.
        • Reports to the Assistant Director for Career & Technical and Adult Education programs.
        • 10-15 hours/week, 2 to 3 nights/week, 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm

                                            

$45.00/hour, Salary commensurate with experience.
