DUTIES: Assist CTE instructor in the delivery of all aspects of the CTE program.  Duties include assisting classroom teacher in monitoring students, record-keeping, and guiding students as they practice newly acquired knowledge and skills.

TITLE: Special Education Teacher – Resource Consultant- Career & Technical Students (Two Positions)

LOCATION: Bohlen Technical Center, Watertown, NY

SALARY: $48,766 - $55,360. Commensurate with certification/experience in keeping with the current negotiated agreement with the BOCES Professional Association.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities.
  • Develop individualized student supports based upon student performance data and individualized education plans.
  • Record and report student progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in general education and provide resources to meet student learning needs
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with parents.
$48,766 - $55,360
