DUTIES:  Represent the Frontier League at Section III meetings to serve as a liaison and advocate.
               • Participate in Full League meetings (4 annually) and Executive Committee meetings (5 annually) at Jefferson-Lewis BOCES,                    with additional meetings as required.
               • Organize and manage all pre- and post-season coaches’ meetings, including:
                      o Setting meeting dates.
                      o Securing appropriate locations.
                      o Selecting Athletic Director representatives.
                      o Recording attendance and minutes and submitting them to the league office.
               • Provide support for League Tournaments as needed to ensure smooth execution and adherence to league standards.
               • Assist with planning and coordination of League Exceptional Senior Games upon request.
               • Collaborate with the Executive Director to fulfill the objectives and operational needs of the Frontier League.
               • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director to support league initiatives.
The primary purpose of The Frontier League is to provide interscholastic athletic opportunities for junior-senior high school students in the following school districts:
Alexandria, Beaver River, Belleville-Henderson, Carthage, Copenhagen
General Brown, Immaculate Heart, Indian River, LaFargeville, Lowville
Lyme, Sackets Harbor, Sandy Creek, South Jefferson, South Lewis
Thousand Islands, Watertown, Gouverneur – associate, Mexico - associate
Equally important is the continuous promotion of scholastic achievement, fair play, sportsmanship and ethical conduct.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: This is routine and repetitive physical work involving the efficient and economical performance of building cleaning and related tasks. Cleaning tasks are performed according to a well-established procedure. The work is performed under the supervision of an immediate supervisor. The incumbent does related work as required.

Multiple Openings in Program for Exceptional Students

LOCATION: Initial assignment in a Component District or Center-based classroom in Jefferson or Lewis County

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: $19.50 Commensurate with experience in keeping with the current negotiated agreement with the CSEA. Health insurance which includes vision & prescription coverage, NYS Retirement membership, tax deferred annuities, employee assistance program, and generous sick and personal day policies

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
• Assist teacher with classroom duties-correcting of papers, maintaining files, preparing reports
• Assists in physical care tasks and health-related activities as appropriate
• Supervises students – accompanying to mainstream classroom settings, lunch, bus duties
• Assists students with behavioral management needs
• Assists with classroom set-up, clean-up, and organization
• Other duties as directed by classroom teacher

$19.50 per hour
